I am happy to announce a new business venture with my good friend Phil Lewis. For the last few years we have been shooting weddings under the names Avocado Photo and Lewis Portfolio. Last Saturday two souls merged into one…Paula and Peter are soul mates and everyone present at their wedding would agree. They wrote their own vows and even had them memorized for the ceremony! I usually don’t cry at weddings, but their vows brought tears to my eyes! There wasn’t a dry eye in the church after the ceremony was over. Paula and Peter, I know you are living it up in Jamaica right now, thank you for letting me be a part of your day. I wish you many, many years of love and happiness together!

Paula married her soulmate on Saturday so I can finally show off her gorgeous bridal photos. We met her at the Greensboro Arboretum one evening to catch the “sweet light”. The mosquitoes were out in full force, but Paula was a trooper and kept her composure through the whole session. Stay tuned for the wedding picks!
